"Sarah was extremely unprofessional throughout the process. She did not take the time to properly explain the policy options, underwriting requirements, or why the application was not progressing correctly. I repeatedly felt rushed and uninformed. The application was not handled properly, and there was a clear lack of communication and transparency. Once it became apparent that the policy would be term life insurance, the level of effort and attention noticeably declined. Regardless of commission structure, all clients deserve the same level of professionalism and diligence. Overall, this experience reflected poor communication, lack of guidance, and inadequate client advocacy. I am very disappointed with how this was handled. That said, I want to be clear that this issue is specific to this life insurance experience. I have had nothing but positive experiences with The Regular Insurance, and Brad Maier has always been professional, responsive, and excellent to work with regarding my car insurance. I have never had an issue with him and would absolutely recommend him."
